1. Key Taiwan Import Regulations for B2C E-commerce (What Foreign Sellers Must Know)
When shipping B2C parcels to Taiwan, the following customs rules are strictly enforced:

EZ Way Real-Name Authentication: By law, all Taiwanese consignees must download the official customs APP called “EZ Way” and register their real identity (ID number and mobile phone). When the parcel arrives, the buyer must confirm the shipment via the APP for customs release.
